Attendance

To submit an absence note, send an email to rrdgattendance@leanderisd.org. Proper documentation must be provided by the parent/guardian within 48 hours of the student’s return to school after an absence. 

Please include the following in your email:

• Student Name (legal first & last)

• Student ID

• Student Grade & Teacher

• Date of Absence(s)

• Reason for Absence

• Attach Doctor/Dentist notes, if applicable

Please allow up to 5 school days for the attendance to be updated on HAC (Home Access Center).
